Privacy

CourtOps is a club operations app for youth sports teams of any sport.

Questions: email [email protected].

We store the details you type when you join: name, email, phone, date of birth, height, weight, photo, team, RSVPs, chat messages, and coach reports. That data is used only to run your club — schedule, attendance, roster, and messages.

We do not sell player information. Coaches of your club can see roster details for their teams.

Chat and RSVP are visible to members of the same team. Coach reports are visible to that player and to coaches.

Card numbers and payment details are handled by Gumroad, not stored on CourtOps. If you buy Pro, we turn it on for your club after the purchase. Gumroad’s own notice is the Gumroad privacy policy.

To delete your account and personal data, follow Delete your CourtOps account. We remove your profile and personal records within 30 days. Parents of younger players should create and manage the account with their child.

You can also ask a coach in team chat, or see Terms.
