Delete your CourtOps account

This page is for the CourtOps app. Use it to ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the same address you use in CourtOps.
2. Subject line: Delete my CourtOps account.
3. Include your name, club name, and the email on the account.

You can also ask a coach of your club in the app to start the same request.

What we delete

Within 30 days we delete your profile (name, email, phone, date of birth, height, weight, photo), your RSVPs, attendance rows, chat messages you sent, and files you uploaded.

What we may keep

Club records that are not only yours — for example a game score, or a team report — stay with the club. Backups are removed within 30 days after the account is deleted.
